Studio Banovac ankkuroitu Dubrovnikin historiallisessa keskustassa. Se perustettu vain 200 metrin päässä Buza-rannalta ja suositulta Stradun Promenade -rantakadulta. Tarjolla on ilmastoitu studio ja ilmainen Wi-Fi. Studiossa on visiittialueellinen terassi, taulu-tv satelliittikanavilla ja minikeittiö, jossa on ruokailutila. Omassa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku. Unescon suojelema vanhakaupunki on täynnä nähtävyyksiä, kuten Gothic-Renaissance Sponza -palatsi, Onofrion suihkulähde ja Orlandon pylväs. Sen kapeilla kaduilla on lisäksi runsaasti erilaisia ravintoloita, kahviloita ja kauppoja. Dubrovnikin bussiasema ja lauttasatama sijaitsevat 3 km:n päässä, ja sieltä on lukuisia yhteyksiä eri Adrianmeren kohteisiin. Dubrovnikin kansainvälinen lentokenttä on 21 km:n päässä Banovac Studiosta.

"Great value apartment in the old town, loved the location and facilities, it has everything we needed for our time in Dubrovnik! It was close to everything but quiet and secluded. Very close to M'arden Wine Bar, which is a perfect place to end the night. Loved the little yard just outside, great spot for a morning coffee."

"Loved the location and the room itself. A nice private courtyard was great too. Everything you need. The hosts were fantastic. I needed their help for something I made an error with, and they quickly corrected the situation. Wonderful experience!"
"There are some steps up the hill to the apartment, so try and pack light. This is Dubrovnik, old city, and that is to be expected. It is a wonderful location and apartment for two people."

"Only thing I didn’t like was there were about 60+ steps just to get up the hill to reach the room. So if you’re not okay with that then maybe this isn’t the room for you. Also the room runs on a small hot water machine so don’t use it all or you’ll run out quickly."

"The stairs weren’t an issue for us- but would be for some. However Dubrovnik is full of stairs so you’d need to stay outside of the old town if you wanted direct access to a property."

"Lots of stairs to get to the apartment but this is Dubrovnic so to be expected and it is probably why it was so quiet, just need to be aware if you have heavy luggage or bad knees!"
