Unescon maailmanperintöluetteloon kuuluvasta Dubrovnikin vanhastakaupungista 300 metrin päässä sijaitsevassa Studio Ogrestassa on ilmastointi, ilmainen Wi-Fi ja tilava terassi, jolta avautuvat perspektiivit kaupungin keskustaan ja Lokrumin saarelle. Pikkukivien peittämä Banjen ranta on 500 metrin päässä majoituspaikasta. Studiossa on taukoalue, tv ja täysin käytössä keittiö. Kylpyhuoneessa on suihku ja pesukone. Ravintoloita ja baareja löytyy 150 metrin päästä. Lähin ruokakauppa on 250 metrin päässä. Köysiradalle on 100 metrin matka ja kaupungin keskustaan 5 minuutin kävelymatka. Veneretkiä Elafiti-saaristoon voidaan järjestää Dubrovnikin keskustassa. Bussipysäkki, jolta kulkevat linjat lentokentälle ja Cavtatiin, on 50 metrin päässä. Gružin pääbussiasema ja lauttasatama ovat 3 km:n päässä Ogresta Studiosta. Dubrovnikin lentokentälle on 20 km:n matka.

"Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja täysin varusteltu. Sijainti on aivan lähellä Old Townia. Näköala on aivan upea Old Towniin, merelle, vuorille, kaikkialle. Auringonnousut ja -laskut näkyivät hienoina. Asunnon omistaja, Valika, on hyvin ystävällinen ja avulias. Huomioitavaa on, että asunto on korkealla, joten on myös melko paljon portaita kuljettavana."

"A really nice apartment with amazing views of the old town, probably the best views we have experienced over many years! The apartment is well equipped and a good size, Valika the host was very helpful and responded promptly to any requests we had. She also rescued us from the busy top road as the Uber dropped us off in a dangerous spot. So some advice, when arriving from ferry, bus, airport please contact Valika and she will arrange a taxi to the apartment door!"
"Just be aware there is lots stairs to and from the old town, if you have mobility issues probably not the best place to stay as it’s high above the tourist places."

"The apartment was large and very comfortable. The view was 180 degrees and beyond expectations. We enjoyed sitting in the deck for breakfast and happy hour. It was nice to have the washer and full kitchen. Host was very helpful."
"It’s not that we didn’t like them but there’s a lot of stairs to get down to old town so people are aware. Our taxi driver called the host to get directions because no tourist could find the apartment area on their own!!"
"View from the location of the apartment is amazing! Also the apartment had whatever we needed including washing machine and pods free to use, hangers, different coffees for all days of our stay, teas etc."
