Ikivanhassa Cresin kaupungissa sijaitseva Villa Lavanda on vain 100 metrin päässä lähimmältä pikkukivirannalta ja 200 metrin päässä kaupungin keskustasta. Majoituspaikassa on taverna, jossa vieraat voivat rentoutua kotitekoisia paikallisia erikoisuuksia. Vierailla on käytettävissään ilmainen Wi-Fi ja aurinkoterassi. Kaikissa huoneissa on satelliitti-tv, pieni jääkaappi ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja. Joissakin huoneissa on kalustettu parveke, jolta on merinäköala. Paikan päällä on ilmainen yksityinen autojen säilytysmahdollisuus. Vieraat voivat arvostaa erilaisista ulkoilma-aktiviteeteista. Lukuisat kirkot, luostarit ja kulttuurikohteet ovat 20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Noin 3 km pitkän rantakadun varrella on lukuisia rantoja. Aamun Pikkupurtava on saatavilla joka aamu. Paikan päällä on taverna, joka tarjoaa tuoretta lampaan lihaa sekä meren herkkuja. Ruokakauppa on 100 metrin päässä Lavandasta. Valbiskaan liikennöivät lautat lähtevät 12 km:n päästä. Rijekaan pääsee katamaraanilla. Krkin lentokenttä on 50 km:n päässä Villa Lavandasta.

"Great location, comfortable modern room. Beds were very comfortable. Modern large screen tv in the room. Although we rarely watch tv - especially on holiday - it was very handy on the day we experienced major thunderstorms and torrential rain so we chose to have a movie day! The breakfast choice was amazing, a lot of beautiful fresh fruit and the freshly baked chocolate croissants were delicious. We also ate in the popular restaurant every evening. Again the food was exceptional. A great location."

"There is a restaurant on the ground floor that is open late, and sometimes guests stay outside and make noise. You can close the window and use the air conditioner, but it is right above the bed and may not be comfortable for everyone."
"This was our second stay at this Bed & Breakfast, and it was even better than the first! The room was beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location. There’s a fantastic restaurant nearby, and even though it’s right next to the room, we didn’t hear a thing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back again!"

"The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the town center. The hotel was exceptionally clean, very quiet, and offered a wonderful view. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed being able to take a drink up to our room and relax while admiring the view. Breakfast was good. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was delicious, the house wine was also surprisingly good. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Cres, and we hope to return soon"
