Family-run bed and breakfast Villa Maimare was built in 2006, enjoying a perfect location in the centre of Biograd, 270 metres to the beach that is surrounded with pine trees. The quiet and pleasant atmosphere of the villa and the modern, comfortable and luxuriously equipped rooms will offer a good night’s sleep. Unwind on the spacious terrace under the shade of trees and sip a refreshing drink, served by the dedicated and friendly staff.

"Breakfast was buffet with a good assortment to choose from. The room was not large but adequate with an ensuite and a balcony. The location was fantastic, 5 min walk to beach or town centre. 15 minutes walk to Bure shopping centre. No tea/coffee making in the room but is available. Small fridge in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Good location, a few meters from the beach and also the city. Very nice and reachable owner, always available for any support. Room big enough, equipped with everything you need. Good parking spot. Reasonably clean. Good breakfast. Super nice staff all along."

"Not the best isolation, pretty loud in the morning, when everyone is rushing to breakfast, while one want to sleep a bit longer."

"Asunto todella loistavalla sijainnilla vanhassa kaupungissa. Keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Tilava huoneistojen yhteisparveke jossa pöydät ja tuolit sekä suodatinkahvinkeitin, söimme aamupalat siellä. Parvekkeelta oli mukava myös seurailla aukion tapahtumia. Huone riittävän kokoinen kahdelle, upeat kiviseinät. Lähin ranta jossa aurinkotuolit ja varjot 40m asunnolta, myös muut rannat todella lähellä. Auton sai suljetulle parkkipaikalle josta Papa-Mobile kuljetti meidät sekä matkalaukut asunnolle ja lähtiessämme takaisin. Emäntä todella mukava ja auttavainen."

"Hotel is located in a quieter part of Hvar Island but only a ten minute walk to the harbour where all the restaurants etc are located. Lovely stroll to and back from the hotel. The hotel is spacious so you never felt that you were on top of other guests. The swimming pools are lovely and warm. The staff working at the hotel are the ones that make your stay more enjoyable. So many friendly, helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Big shout out to Nikola and Dino who worked a lot around the pool bar. Nikola created some gorgeous cocktails. I would say that both Nikola and Dino enhanced our stay at Hotel Moessey and the hotel should try their upmost to get them back for 2026."
