Villa Mimoza tutustua 1 km:n päässä lähimmältä rannalta ja 2,5 km:n päässä Cavtatin keskustasta. Majoituspaikassa on jaettu kalustettu terassi, jolta on merinäköala. Ilmastoiduissa majoitustiloissa on tv ja ilmainen WiFi. Kaikissa majoitusyksiköissä on jääkaappi ja oma kylpyhuone. Joissakin on muuten keittiö tai keittotila sekä ruokailualue. Tarjolla ei ole aamiaista. Paikan päällä on ruokakauppa, ja 300 metrin päässä on ruokailutila, jossa tarjoillaan grillattuja herkkuja sekä kansainvälisiä ruokia. Paikan päällä voi pysäköidä maksutta. Paikallisbussien pysäkki on 700 metrin päässä Villa Mimozasta. Unescon suojelukohteisiin kuuluva Dubrovnikin vanhakaupunki on 16 km:n päässä. Dubrovnikissa on samoin keskuslinja-autoasema ja lauttasatama. Dubrovnikin lentokentälle on matkaa 3 km, ja lentokenttäkuljetus voidaan järjestää pyynnöstä.

"Sijainti oli mahtava: iltalento Dubrovnikiin, niin nopeasti pääsi kentältä yöpaikkaan. Yhteiseltä terassilta oli upea maisema ja huoneesta oli lyhyt matka terassille. Huone oli siisti, odotusten mukainen ja varustelu hyvä. Rouva oli ystävällinen ja kaikki sujui mutkattomasti. Kauppa alakerrassa oli kätevä!"

"Majoituimme myöhäisen lennon jälkeen, koska sijainti hyvä lentokentän läheisyydessä. Reitti on sinne helppo. Alakerrassa on kauppa. Huone oli siisti, kiva sisustus ja sänky mukava. Hyvä varustelu huoneessa iltapalaa ja aamupalaa ajatellen. Yhteinen terassi, jossa mukava istahtaa hetkeksi. Hieno näkymä merelle."
"Vilkas tie kulkee ihan talon edestä, mutta korvatulpilla nukuimme hyvin. Altaassa ei ollut vielä vettä."
"Huoneet olivat siistissä kunnossa ja hyvän kokoiset. Ilmastointi oli toimiva ja todellakin tarpeellinen. Suihku ja WC tilat olivat siistit ja hyvässä kunnossa. Omistajat olivat mukavia ja avuliaita, ja kyselivät päivittäin tarvitsemmeko mitään ja onko kaikki hyvin."

"Immaculate room, very clean, super comfortable bed and very friendly hostible hoast. She was polite, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. Good selection of condiments in the apartment 👌 and utensils, great selection of supplies in the shop below the appointment. We ordered a pizza which got delivered, they had a card reader, we ate on the shared terrace whilst the sunset which was lovely. You can get the details from the hoast. You can order ubers to help you get about or public transport is good. Time tables were provided in the room. I would highly recommend these apartments they are immaculate, which has a wonderful hoast who even offered us some homemade cake. We hope to visit again some day. 4 min drive from the airport €10 in an uber."
