Makarskan kaupunkiin avautuvan Villa Ruzan majoitusvaihtoehtoihin kuuluu parveke tai terassi, jolta on näköala merelle. Ilmastoiduissa majoitustiloissa on ilmainen Wi-Fi. "Hyvä keittiö, jossa oli kiva laittaa ruokaa. Aamupalankin olisi maksusta saanut. Omistajat ihania ja auttavaisia. Omistaja mm. antoi meille kyydin bussiasemalle. Todella siisti hostelli. Ihana merinäköala parvekkeelta."
"Bussilla liikkuvalle sijainti oli haasteellinen, koska kävelytie bussiasemalta majoitukseen oli haastava, välillä jopa vaarallinen. Omistaja olisi kyllä hakenutkin bussiasemalta, jos olisin ymmärtänyt pyytää. Kun oikean reitin oppi, kävelymatka kuitenkin taittui vartissa. Majoitus sijaitsee yläkaupungissa, joten korkeuserot ovat suuria."
"The balcony was very comfortable and we could see one of the marinas, which is a beautiful view. It also had a communal kitchen fully equipped, very clean and with all the necessary appliances. The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. There was an easy to park parking space. It was a really pleasant stay."

"There is no sidewalk to walk to the bridge to the promenade on a busy road. It's an easy walk to the promenade, but you have to walk uphill on the way back. Just be prepared"
"Very very clean! Had a nice semi-private place to sit outside the room and watch the sunset and sea. The owners were also very helpful, our swimming clothes didn't dry during the night so they put it in their dryer for us before we left so we could pack them away!"
"Towels couldnt be taken to the beach, but as a traveller in a beach town, thats the one thing you need and dont have. My own fault but I didnt realise it was further to the beach/main area than I had realised. It was a 5 min drive or a 15-20min walk (uphill on the way back)"
"The view from the balcony was nice, altough the neighbouring buildings blocked some parts, but it was still enjoyable. The balcony was large enough for 4 people to sit down and do whatever."
"The apartment is on the side of the main road and there are no sidewalks, so the first part of the trip to the centre is a bit uncomfortable. The matresses on the beds were too soft, but this is only our personal opinion."

"1 yön majoitus, 2 aikuista ja 2 lasta (9 ja 16 v.). Valtavankokoinen (8000 vuodepaikkaa), siisti, moderni ja kaikenmaailman aktiviteeteilla höystetty leirintäalue/resortti. Deluxe family mobilehome oli uusi, siisti ja hyvinvarusteltu 'mökkivaunu'. Se palveli meitä hyvin ja oli 4 hengelle tilava."

I would say too small for even 1 person to live in long term comfortably, but plenty to enjoy a few days in Zagreb. Great location around the corner from the center of town with desirable shops, parks, restaurants. I would definitely book it again when I visit Zagreb again. Easy self check in.
