"הכניסה דרך הבניין לא תואמת את הדירה המשופצת והחדישה. אבל ככל שנשארים יותר זמן מתאהבים בנוחות המפנקת של הדירה ובמיקום ליד הים, אז גם הכניסה הישנה כבר לא כל-כך משמעותית."
