"The spa was disappointing. Firstly the lady who was doing the massage kept on hitting instead of massaging. Secondly she left and came back forgot some stuff so again went out and then came back. That wasted a lot of time and for which they charged me extra. Whereas it wasn’t extended because of me."

"I would highly recommend this property for anyone travelling with their children. We had our 2 yr old son and they have everything i.e. crèche, playden, pool etc that made his stay and ours comfortable. Food was scrumptious and staff very accommodative. Will def visit again"
"We wanted an early check in @ approx 12pm since we had our son but this was denied. 3pm check in policy means you have already lost half the day. This needs to be looked at my the hotel."
