"Loistava aamiainen ja viihtyisä uima-allas ympäristöineen, jossa ison kaupungin hälinä unohtui täysin. Henkilökunta oli aidosti ystävällistä, sain läksiäislahjojakin ja he auttoivat kaikessa hyvin nopeasti ja avuliaasti. Huoneet olivat tilavia ja tyylikkäästi sisustettuja. Pröystäilemätöntä mutta erittäin eleganttia. Spassa hieronta oli todella tasokas ja ihan oikeasti rentouttava. Intiassa on välillä vaikeaa löytää hyvää hotellia edes 5-tähden hotellien joukosta mutta tätä voin vilpittömästi suositella! Ainoa mikä kannattaa ottaa huomioon on se, ettei sijainti ole Delhissä vaan naapurissa olevassa Gurgaonissa, mistä on noin tunnin matka Delhin keskustaan. Mutta lentokenttä on lähellä ja metro Delhiin kulkee, mutta valitaan tehtäessä kannattaa katsella karttaa suhteessa siihen, missä päin aikoo liikkua. Huomiona myös, että läheiseen ostoskeskukseen ei pääse kävellen, kuten täällä on tiedoissa merkitty."

"From the moment we stepped into the Hotel, were greeted with warmness and wowed by the unique interior of the hotel, we sadly only stayed for 1 night but the spa looked amazing. We had a 5am flight and they arranged to have a coffee and some snacks for us prior to departing - which was a heaven send with a 7 year old. Would happily recommend and come back"

"What I appreciated most was the sense of calm. Despite being in the heart of Gurugram, the property feels peaceful, green, and quietly reassuring. It genuinely feels like a retreat rather than a hotel, which was especially important for me as I had travelled from the UK for medical reasons and needed proper rest. Trident, Gurugram offered exactly that, which is what one expects from an Oberoi property. It was also worth mentioning that my brother was taken great care of and made comfortable as he arrived before me, which was very reassuring. The overall welcoming atmosphere made my stay calm and restful during a time when I truly needed it."

"The only minor issue was the room temperature during my January stay. The heating was not effective initially, and the replacement heater provided at night was quite noisy, which did affect my sleep. However, this was handled promptly and thoughtfully the very next day by Duty Manager Sagar. He was extremely considerate and ensured everything was fully taken care of, prioritising my comfort and rest. He also made sure the team continued to look after both me and my brother. I would also like to appreciate the doorman for his warmth and kindness, adding a very personal touch throughout the stay, as well as the breakfast team for their attentive and pleasant service. As someone from the hospitality industry myself, I understand how demanding this field can be. What truly stood out to me was how quickly my experience was turned around from uncomfortable to reassuring. That level of service recovery reflects true hospitality. If anyone wants to understand how hospitality should be done, staying at an Oberoi property is a lesson in itself."
