"i had my college interviews and i booked the hotel last minute for me and my mom, but there were so accommodating at every step. The hotel has their own very aesthetic cafe and multiple restaurants you can order from or get your own food, however feasible, and is located in a very safe, neat and niche neighbourhood with many other cafes and market nearby with a good crowd and is not noisy, this is a plus point for me being a female. The have a lift, and the rooms and washroom are both very hygienic, clean and well-lit with ample sunlight in morning along with all amenities. The owner and staff are also very sweet and accommodated my request of getting their gates open in early morning due to a early exam i had, there is a security guard on duty aswell."

"The prices could be a bit more reasonable if booking for longer stays, but it is understandable given the vibrant location :)"

"I really loved the Roa Hotel. The beds were absolutely comfortable—the pillows were at the perfect height for me, and the mattresses were soft. I slept very well there. I also enjoyed the shower. My special thanks go to Omkar from the restaurant. He provided not only excellent service but also very good advice on which dishes were perfect and which side dishes paired well with them. The kitchen is marvelous, with so many options that it was hard to choose—and that’s where Omkar stepped in and gave me great guidance. The next time I am in Mumbai, I will definitely stay at the Roa Hotel again, with its air-conditioned rooms."

"The views were exceptional, from sunrise to sunset (out of our bedroom window and from the balconies). We loved waking up to a delicious breakfast on the terrace in the morning, with friendly staff and the sound of nature. Though we had to be wary of wildlife (elephants especially) we loved going on daily hikes (using All trails app) in the local area, it was breathtaking! There were plenty of small local restaurants and shops that we didn’t need to eat in the hotel all the time either and a short walk to taxis and tours if needed. We liked how little tourists were in the area."

Nice area to sit around swimming pool and outside dining for dinner. Breakfast was excellent with good combination of European and Indian food as buffet style with omelette made fresh to order.
