There were regular power cuts in the city during our stay (not the hotels fault). The roads outside can be quite noisy at times

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"

Rugged floors looked not too clean, there were a few hairs on the bed (which I don't care too much but could be an issue for some others)

I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

"The owner was phenomenal! Very accommodating and friendly. In a walkable area to town and beach. Nice pool. Close to great restaurants."

"We love the complete breakfast the BnB had and every morning it was a complete meal. The host ensured we were settled in well. As for the location, it is very much aligned to places where we visited at the area. Ubers and Bolt should not have any problem finding the place by the roadside. My wife loved the book collection at their personal library so a good writer's retreat too."

We were content with the place. Everything was in working order right to the room, amenities at our convenience. So no complaints.

Aamupala todella niukka ja osa tarjottavista loppu jo tunnin päästä siitä kun aamupala alkoi. Läheisen baarin(?) Bassonjytke kuului huoneeseen lähes aamuyöhön asti. Ilmanvaihto huoneessamme olematon.
