Sólheimagerði Guesthouse – asiakasarviot
"The guesthouse was very homey and clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and clear instructions and access to the guesthouse. We loved how easy it was to see the aurora from here, and the farm animals were lovely and made our experience here what it was. The host was personable and very kind, and communication was extremely clear the whole time."

"The house is wonderful. It's very clean and cozy, with a kitchen and everything you need to cook (including oil, salt, etc.). The area is beautiful. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and he was very accommodating with all our requests. I definitely recommend this place! We were very satisfied!"

"Our host left several items in the kitchen which was very useful to us especially because we were not able to find simple items like eggs and tomatoes on our way. Its a very comfortable guesthouse, warm enough for our little one. Thank you very much."

"The cute house is on a beautiful farm. It looks rustic outside but is new and modern inside—very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay."
"The only downside was the taste of the well water, but we understand that's typical for a farm."
"Very private. Easy access. Beautiful surroundings. Very helpful owner. There we're eggs and tomatoes in the fridge. Our son liked the dogs, kittens and rabbits a lot."

"This was probably my favorite of all the places we stayed at during our Iceland trip! The cottage is so cute and well equipped and the location is lovely. Dísa and her family were wonderful hosts and gave us great recommendations for where to go, and following her advice I booked a riding tour with Hestasport, which was really great. The horses and sheep on the farm are really cute and the dogs are so sweet!"

"The house is clean, comfortable, and warm. Everything inside is prepared with care to make travelers feel at home. It has a great location, close to Road 1, but at the same time it is quiet with excellent views of fields, mountains, and sheep."

"Clean. Located on 2nd floor, be prepared to lug your own luggage. Heating sufficient. Good for families who needs to wash clothes as there is a separate washer + dryer which is new and well maintained. Got unit no. 1 with sea view"
