"Kaikki oli täydellistä! Henkeäsalpaavan upet näköalat. Ihanan rauhallinen sijainti ja upea uima-allas alue. Omistaja oli herttainen ja todella vieraanvarainen. Tunsimme olomme erittäin tervetulleiksi ja kaikin puolin tunnelma oli ihana. Omistaja antoi myös kattavat suositukset alueen tarjonnasta."

"Staff: very helpful, advising on places to eat, visit etc and very friendly. Room: great to have simple eating facilities. Bed: great pillows, soft sheets, big and comfortable bed. Quiet: lovely quiet location, good soundproofing between apartments, could barely hear anything, I am quite sensitive to sound! Pool: lovely and clean, isn’t heated (or if it is, not much - I found it cold and regularly sea swim in cold uk water) so be aware. Facilities: lots of places to sit and relax to read a book/eat etc."
"Bathroom: shower was small and water pressure wasn’t good (thought read this in other reviews so did know before arriving). Bed: Only thing that could have been better is an additional throw for warmth due to being cold at night in the granite building."

"Very nice proprietaire. Apartments are basic but clean, beds are a bit hard though. Kitchen is basic but you're definitely able to cook a proper meal in them. The location & views are amazing. All in all, we found it great value for money."

The staff (Sandro, Sandra, Sergio and Bombolo) were exceptionally friendly and professional, always available to help and make our stay comfortable. The residence itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained—an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway with easy access to nature and local attractions. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
