Dolce Maria asemoi keskiaikaisella kukkulalla Cortonan kaupungissa vain 100 metrin päässä Piazza della Repubblica -aukiosta. Majoituspaikassa on ilmainen Wi-Fi, ruokailutila ja maalaismaiset mutta tyylikkäät sviitit, joissa on antiikkihuonekalut. Dolce Maria Housen huoneissa on paljaat kattoparrut, terrakottalattiat, kattokruunu ja freskomaalauksia. Kaikissa on suuret ikkunat, joista on näkymät Cortonaan, Val di Chianaan tai sisäpihalle. Wonderful room, family run, extremely friendly, very popular restaurant because the food is excellent and the whole place has atmosphere and feels real and the owner's seem to enjoy their guests which is no mean feat in a place as touristy as Cortona. (Although crowded, Cortona is extraordinary.)"
