Tähän Monti Ciminin vehreillä kukkuloilla sijaitsevaan 4 tähden residenssiin kuuluu kaunis puutarha, jossa on laguuni ja kalustettu huvimaja. Kaikissa moderneissa huoneissa on LCD-TV. Viterbo on vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Huoneissa on nykyaikaiset kalusteet, minibaari ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpytuotteita ja hiustenkuivaaja. Joissakin huoneissa on samoin oma sisäänkäynti ja parveke, jolta on ainutlaatuinen näköala maaseudulle. Eremo-gourmet-pöytä on erikoistunut välimerellisiin ruokiin ja perinteisiin puu-uunissa paistettaviin pizzoihin. Aamiaishuonella on à la carte -menu, ja ateriat tarjoillaan ulkona terassilla. Hotellikokonaisuusn yleisissä tiloissa on maksuton Langaton Verkko. Paikan päällä on niin ikään ilmainen pysäköintialuemahdollisuus. Majoituspaikka on 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Soriano Del Ciminon keskustasta ja 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Vico-järvestä. Roomaan on noin tunnin ajomatka.

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Interesting breakfast but too many sweet things offered would have been nice to have some savoury things as well, even scrambled eggs and bacon for example and better bread"
