Kastelruthin Val Gardenassa sijaitsevan Hotel Pinein mukavuuksiin kuuluu spa ja ruokapaikka. Talvisin tarjolla on ilmainen kuljetus Urtijëin kylään 5 km:n päähän. Hotellin tilavissa huoneissa on taulu-tv satelliittikanavilla ja joko parveke tai terassi. Pinein alppityylisissä huoneissa on parkettilattia tai kokolattiamatto. Jokaisessa huoneessa on minijääkaappi ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on pehmeät kylpytakit ja tossut. Joistakin huoneista avautuu näköala vuorille. Päivittäinen mannermainen aamiaisvaihtoehto sisältää leikkeleitä, juustoa ja tuoretta leipää. Ravintolassa tarjoillaan erilaisia paikallisia erikoisuuksia ja kansainvälisiä ruokia. Patikointi- tai hiihtomatkan jälkeen asiakkaat voivat rentoutua saunassa, porealtaassa tai turkkilaisessa saunassa. Käytettävissä on muuten sisäuima-allas, aurinkoterassi ja pelihuone. Meranoon ja Bolzanoon liikennöivät bussit pysähtyvät 150 metrin päässä hotellilta. Bolzanon rautatieasema ja lentokenttä ovat molemmat 40 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Hotellilla on paikan päällä ilmainen pysäköintimahdollisuus.

"Spacious room, modern set-up and good size balcony. All neccesary facilities inside the room and nice spa with extended access on check-out day. Location with a gorgeous view to the valley. Welcome aperitivo hour was a pleasant surprise!"
"The aircon did not work and the bed had a gap in the middle made up from two single mattrasses. No staff at reception later in the evening (23:00 could not access the property due to faulty key and had to wait around and ring the bell for several minutes)"

"The hotel is located in a valley on the edge of Val Gardena. Private and picturesque, it’s only 7minutes by car from Ortisei. The hotel is furnished in traditional mountain style, the spa is great, divided into two parts, the swimming pools, including heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi and a sauna area with traditional and steam saunas. The breakfast is really great, including Prosecco and made to order egg dishes. There’s also a free shuttle service to the main ski lifts in Ortisei and a nice ski storage room."

"Henkilökunta oli vilpittömän ystävällistä ja palvelevaa. Paikka on todella siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Moniin yksityiskohtiin on kiinnitetty paljon huomiota. Aamiainen oli runsas, mukana mm. itse tehtyjä leivoksia, omasta tarhasta poimittuja viikunoita sekä mansikoita. Tunnelma oli rauhallinen."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
