Hotel Poseidon kätkeytyy Liparin keskustassa alle 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä laiturista. Perheomisteinen yöpaikka paikallistuu vanhassa huvilassa Liparisaarten suurimmalla saarella. Eolilaiseen tyyliin sisustetut majoitustilat ovat ilmastoituja, ja monissa niistä on parveke tai patio. Kaikissa huoneissa on taulu-tv, jääkaappi ja kylpyhuone hiustenkuivaajalla. Poseidon-hotellissa on ilmainen Wi-Fi yleisissä tiloissa. Buffetaamiainen tarjoillaan joka aamu, ja se sisältää pääasiassa makeita ja joitakin suolaisia ruokia. Lähin yleinen ranta on vain 400 metrin päässä, ja asiakkaat saavat alennuksia Canneton rannalta, joka on 3 km:n päässä. Ympäröivä alue on täynnä pubeja, viinibaareja ja ravintoloita, ja arkeologinen puisto sijoitettu vain 500 metrin päässä. Saaren ympäri on tarjolla lisäksi erinomaiset bussiyhteydet.

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"
