Les Artes kokea erinomaisten liikenneyhteyksien kahden askeleen päässä, vain 150 metrin päässä Terminin juna- ja metroasemalta. "Very convenient location just 10min of walking from Rome Termini station, so convenient for early flights. There are places to eat which work very late. There’s a coffee machine in the common space. The host is very caring and responsive. Compared how I got frozen in Spoleto, here was quite warm in the apartment. The hotel is an apartment where each room is for different guests, with own little shower and a toilet. Second floor, so if you have heavy suitcases, think of it."

"The location is excellent – everything is within walking distance, and the metro station is very close. There are many great spots nearby with delicious food. It can get a bit noisy in the morning due to garbage collection, but overall the area is very convenient."

"Location is very good, easy access to everywhere. The neighbourhood's security is acceptable, The contact person is available. We couldn't get into the appartment one evening and she picked up the phone immediately and helped us."
"It is not a problem, I am just writing it down because it was not clear to us before: this is an appartment in a condo, and the accomodation is one of the room of this appartment, with other 3 accomodations. I think this offers extra sense of security, but it could be a little noisy. More cleaning and painting would be needed."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
