Aivan Termolin historiallisessa keskustassa, vain 200 metrin päässä hiekkarannoista sijaitsevan Locanda Alfierin makuutilat on sisustettu joko design- tai maalaistyyliin. Wi-Fi on ilmainen kaikissa tiloissa. Kaikki makuutilat ovat ilmastoituja, ja niissä on LCD-TV satelliittikanavilla, minibaari ja oma kylpyhuone. Monissa huoneissa on joko paljaat kivikatot tai puiset kattopalkit, ja joissakin niistä nämä maalaismaiset piirteet yhdistyvät uusiin design-kalusteisiin. Alfieri-guesthousen buffetbrunssi sisältää pääasiassa makeita tuotteita ja lisäksi leikkeleitä sekä juustoa. Vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä on maksuton julkinen parkkipaikkaalue. Majoituspaikka asemoi 500 metrin päässä Termolin satamasta, josta lautat Kroatiaan ja Tremiti-saarille lähtevät.

"Täydellisellä paikalla vanhan kaupunginosan keskellä ihastuttava hotelli. Upea ullakkohuone,tyylikäs sisustus ja upea kylpyhuone. Super ystävällinen henkilökunta(kiitos Martinalle hyvästä opastuksesta) Aamiainen tarjoiltiin pöytään, valikoima oli herkullinen. Uimaranta aivan vieressä."

"Tastefully furnished upper floor room in an ancient building, stunningly overlooking the sea to the Tremiti islands. Everything in the room worked well. Very good breakfast, arranged like a buffet (but they want to serve you and don't encourage self-service)."
"The only remark I have is that the "blood orange" juice at the breakfast is only an awkward industrial lemonade - some true juice would really be a treat! Besides this, everything was fine with this ideal place for staying in the nice town of Termoli."
"Our stay at Locanda Alfieri in Termoli was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, the outstanding service impressed us – the hotel contacted us via WhatsApp with a detailed, illustrated description of how to reach the property, which was extremely helpful for our late arrival in the old town. They even arranged a resident parking permit for us. Everything was spotlessly clean, warm, and welcoming, and the staff spoke excellent English, being genuinely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent – freshly prepared, individually tailored, and offering even some savory options, which is rather unusual for Italy. Despite being off-season, we felt true dedication and heartfelt hospitality throughout. A wonderful little hotel with fantastic hosts – we can highly recommend it! In summer, a stay here must be even more enjoyable, with the charming and spotless old town of Termoli in full bloom."
