Located on the banks of the Naviglio Grande canal, Maison Borella is in Milan’s Porta Ticinese quarter. Set in an 18th-century building, it offers free internet, a restaurant, and rooms with satellite LCD TV. Decorated in a simple yet elegant style, rooms at the Borella are all air conditioned. "Aamiainen oli hyvä, ei kovin suuri valikoimaltaan, mutta riittävä. Aamiaista sai syödä myös ihanalla sisäpihalla! Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä, ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja suihkussa oli hyvä vedenpaine. Alue oli todella viihtyisä."
"Huoneessa ei ole äänieristystä. Vaikka huoneemme oli sisäpihan puolelle, niin silti ulkoa kantautuvat äänet kuuluivat todella hyvin, iltaisin yleensä noin puoleen yöhön saakka riitti meteliä."

Tulimme paljon aikaisemmin kuin piti, mutta saimme huoneemme vain hetken odotettuamme ja laukkumme kannettiin valmiiksi sinne sisälle. Huoneemme oli kadulle päin, mutta ikkunat eristivät hyvin äänen, eli nukkuminen sujui mukavasti. Aamupala hyvä, aloitti hyvin päivän."

"Henkilökunta oli vilpittömän ystävällistä ja palvelevaa. Paikka on todella siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Moniin yksityiskohtiin on kiinnitetty paljon huomiota. Aamiainen oli runsas, mukana mm. itse tehtyjä leivoksia, omasta tarhasta poimittuja viikunoita sekä mansikoita. Tunnelma oli rauhallinen."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
