"This property is magnificent. It’s steeped in architectural antiquity in its original state built in the 1500 and restored in 1690. It’s central, and beautifully kept. The room was simple but in keeping with its historical setting. Davide was warm welcoming and truly amazing as a host. It’s was like I was welcomed home! There is a great restaurant downstairs. For me the whole stay in Caltagirone was amazing. When I return, I will only stay at Palazzo Aprile."

"Davide was so very welcoming on our arrival and contacting him to confirm our arrival time was very easy . Our room was lovely and we felt “ At Home” in this lovely house . Palazzo Aprile is in a beautiful old building very close to the centre of town and all the tourist sites .Ample parking nearby . Highly recommend this lovely hotel 😁"

"This hotel is something special and is highly recommended to anyone visiting this beautiful area in Sicily. The hotel is located in a historical building and has a very unique and romantic atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and the service was some of the best we have ever experienced. Our host, David, is the most gracious, friendly and helpful person you can imagine. We arrived on 2 motorcycles but due to unforeseen circumstances had to continue our journey with a rental car. David offered to store our 2 motorcycles for 3 days to help us sort our problems. This really solved a huge problem for us and we are eternally grateful to David for going the extra mile for us. We can't recommend this hotel and its host highly enough."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"
