Residence Nova Marina paikallistuu 2 000 m²:n puutarhassa. Sottomarinan ranta on vain 300 metrin päässä. Majoituspaikassa on 3 uima-allasta ja ilmainen yksityinen pysäköintialue. Käytännöllisissä ja yksinkertaisesti sisustetuissa huoneistoissa on klassiset kalusteet. Kaikissa niissä on sen lisäksi ilmastointi, kalustettu keittotila, parveke ja kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku. Residenssissä on tenniskenttiä sekä lasten leikkipaikka, ja aulassa on käytettävissä ilmainen WiFi. Kesäisin lapsille on tarjolla viihdettä. Residence Nova Marina perustettu 2,5 km:n päässä Sottomarinan keskustasta ja 4 km:n päässä Chioggiasta. Venetsiaan on 50 minuutin ajomatka.

"Very friendly staff. All our wishes were met 100% The apartment was very spacious and had 2 balconies. The beach was a five minute walk away and very clean. The beach was with fine sand and shallow sea - perfect for small kids. There is also animation on site and many opportunities for the kids to have fun."
"You need to bring enough garbage bags with you if you plan a longer stay. It's a bit impractical because you need to bring your garbage out yourself. There is no oven or washing machines available."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
