"Sijainti oli hyvä ja hiljainen vaikkakin sinne oli vaikea löytää. Auton sai lähelle maksulliseen pysäköintiin."
"En saanut varaamaani huonetta eli minulta veloitettiin liikaa. Olin varannut ison huoneen (suite) 30 m2 parvekkeella kolmeksi yöksi. Saimme ensin ison huoneen ilman parveketta, sillä meille väitettiin ettei varaamaani huonetta ollut olemassa!!! Seuraavat kaksi yötä olimme pienemmässä huoneessa parvekkeella. Huomasin, että viereinen huone oli juuri aiemman huoneemme yläpuolella eli siis kokoa 30 m2 ja kadulta näin, että siinä oli parveke ellei jopa kaksi parveketta. Tämä sai minut epäilemään, että huone oli olemassa, mutta se oli jo annettu toisille. Jätti kyllä erittäin tylsän vaikutelman vuokraajasta ja tunteen, että minua huijattiin. Huoneen teksti oli yhä Booking.com sivulla ja eikös se poistettukin siitä sitten vuorokauden kuluessa ja sanottiin, että joku on kirjoittanut väärin. Mitenköhän on laita... Olen asunut pitkään Italiassa aikoinani ja puhun kieltä sujuvasti eikä tällaista kohtelua ole aiemmin tullut missään vastaan. Nytkin kiertelimme Keski-Italiaa ja kaikki muut majapaikat toimivat loistavasti. Lisäksi lähestyessämme Orvietoa ilmoitin saapumisaikamme, jolloin minulle väitettiin, että olisin kertonut saapuvani kaksi tuntia aiemmin, vaikka kerroin saapuvani arviolta klo 16-18. Tässä taisi mennä sekaisin käsite "asiakas"!!! Lisäksi kun mieheni lähti minua aiemmin naapurikahvilaan ja hänellä oli avain mukanaan, niin jäin majoituspaikkaan lukkojen taakse. Joku toinen majoittuja oli lukinnut ulko-oven kadulle avaimella ja sitä ei saanut sisäpuolelta auki ilman avainta!!! Tämähän olisi hengenvaarallista, jos tulisi esimerkiksi tulipalo! Onko tämä edes sallittua pitää majoitusta paikassa, johon voi jäädä loukkuun, koska ulko-ovea ei saa auki ilman avainta???"

"It was an unpretentious and charming old building in a quiet little back street but just round the corner from the Duomo. The bed was very comfortable and thee room was spacious. The shower was good and it all felt spotlessly clean. It was very good value considering how reasonable the price was"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
