Uima-altaalla varustetun puutarhan asiakkailleen tarjoava Villa Pardi on kunnostettu 1700-luvulta peräisin oleva huvila, joka paikallistuu Manoppellon pikkukaupungissa 30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Pescarasta. Tarjolla on ilmainen pysäköintimahdollisuus. Tyyliltään klassisissa huoneissa on antiikkiset puukalusteet, ja niistä on näkymät ympäröiville kukkuloille. Kaikissa huoneissa on satelliittitelevisio ja ilmastointi, ja joissakin huoneissa on yhdessä parveke. Pardin kulinaarinen universumi on avoinnna illallisaikaan, ja siellä on tarjolla Abruzzon alueen erikoisuuksia sekä viinejä. Bussit pysähtyvät 50 metrin päässä ja tarjoavat yhteyden Pescaraan sekä Chietiin. A25-moottoritien liittymä on 10 km:n päässä.

"Willa przepiękna i bardzo blisko sanktuarium. Samodzielne zameldowanie, więc godzina przyjazdu nikomu nie przeszkadza. Śniadanie serwowane przez uroczą panią Właścicielkę, która mówi tylko po włosku, ale bez problemu można się dogadać, co jeszcze bardziej wzmacnia włoski klimat. Przepiękne miejsce, które z chęcią będę polecać!"

"Henkilökunta oli vilpittömän ystävällistä ja palvelevaa. Paikka on todella siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Moniin yksityiskohtiin on kiinnitetty paljon huomiota. Aamiainen oli runsas, mukana mm. itse tehtyjä leivoksia, omasta tarhasta poimittuja viikunoita sekä mansikoita. Tunnelma oli rauhallinen."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
