Each spacious, air-conditioned room and suite at Couples Tower Isle has attractive, white décor. There is free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, minibar and a coffee maker. Montego Bay Airport transfer, off site excusions to Dunns River Falls, glass bottom boat ride, trip to Margaritaville, shopping shuttle, catamaran cruise and trip to Popular Sunset Bar are included. "Staff were all really friendly and wonderful. Sit-down restaurant food was good, and different menus on different days kept things interesting and had variety. The island was really great and well worth a visit!"
"Some food items were a little repetitive, e.g. the only fish every offered (across all restaurants) was snapper. Despite a no tipping policy, large numbers of American guests were still tipping (including at the buffer dinner, which seemed odd). Bars were not always fully equipped and couldn't offer us a number of cocktails on their menus throughout our stay. The veggie bar also often ran out of coconuts very quickly, which was a shame. Poolside restaurant was pretty poor - burgers were very cheap and the Jerk Chicken was tasty but not spicy at all. The shopping trip was poor and would have been better to visit the main craft market in Ocho (which we did later on the trip ourselves) instead of the small one we were taken to, which had some high pressure and guilt-trip sales tactics."

"I thought the resort could use some updating. Some of the resort could use some TLC and more attention. I know the resort had a massive remodel around 2008-2009 but I believe this is the year for management to invest more into the property."
