"0. 일본 전형적인 구조의 팬션 4층에 위치하고 있는 방. 에어비앤비 느낌으로 머무를 수 있음. 건물 바로 아래 편의점이 있음. 1. 공간이 넓어서 가족 단위 여행에 적합. 세탁기, 냉장고 등 장기 여행에 필요한 모든 설비들이 구비되어 있음. 2. 비교적 조용한 주택가에 위치하고 있음. 오도리 공원 등 주요 번화가까지는 지하철로 2정거장 거리. 3. 직원 분과 만날 일은 없지만 온라인으로 필요한 정보를 자세히 제공해주어 불편함은 없었음."

"The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. We really loved it! Everything was very detailed organized and the selection of the amenities and kitchen utensils were perfect. Highly recommended and great value for the price."
"The Check-in instruction was emailed to me 5hrs after I had already checked in… Although the Japanese staff over phone from the help center was very helpful, arriving at the property with no instructions for check in made it quite worrying."
