"The owner was very responsive when our hair dryer was broken, they replaced it very quickly. It is a great enough space to stay at for the cheap price in Tokyo. The location is nice if you want to live in a quiet neighbourhood but walking to the nearest station may be quite far especially for older people but overall, for me it's good enough."

"The place was nice and functional enough if you are not planning to cook too much. I actually enjoyed the area, it's a 20 min walk to Nakano or Koenji Station through small streets which I like, it allowed us to discover the area better."

"It is indeed small and it's hard to feel at ease with two people inside, most of all the bathroom. Luckily Kosugiyu sento is not far away for a good relaxing bath."

"The apartment was just the right size for two people. The location was quiet, but not dead. We liked the proximity to the park, and additionally the distance from Shinjuku and Shibuya were quite alright. Would definitely rent again."

"Lots of shelves and hooks - very useful in a small space! Great wifi - worked absolutely fine throughout our stay. Never ran out of hot water Comfortable bed with space around to get in and out. Washing machine in room and a balcony with rail for drying clothes 15 minute fairly direct walk to the subway station. 7/11 very close by. Lift (elevator) in building A/c worked great. Check-in was easy with the instructions and photos sent and the room was ready early, which was a great help. Room has microwave, fridge freezer, kettle some kitchen equipment"
