"Great location in Wat Box close enough to the markets and pub street to visit, but far enough not to hear Pub Street partying at night. The staff are so friendly and happy to assist with questions and provide help Great breakfast, I like how it was not a buffet as the food is always fresh, there is no wastage and I don't over indulge in the tasty food. We did the airport transfer to and from the hotel with their excellent driver. The beds were comfortable, the amenities great. I loved the pool"

We had a ground floor room right next to the pool. The location was amazing far enough away from all the action but close enough 5 min walk to everything. We had an awesome stay here."

"The bar fridge only kept your drinks cool not cold. This was the case with both room. Decking around the pool was loose. The bed was hard but we stayed at two different hotels in 4 rooms and I think this is just a Cambodian thing."

The service was outstanding from start to finish — all staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We really appreciated the early check-in and complimentary room upgrade, especially as we arrived earlier than expected. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Siem Reap. Cambodia has left a lasting impression on us — it’s a beautiful country with beautiful people. We’ll be recommending this hotel to others and hope to return in the future to explore more of the country. Minor point: we would have preferred refillable shower gel and soap dispensers instead of small single-use toiletries, purely from an environmental perspective — but this did not affect our overall experience at all."

The terrace facing outside was a real highlight, still offering plenty of privacy thanks to the surrounding vegetation, which made the stay feel extra special. What truly went above and beyond, though, was the service. Every member of the team was extremely attentive and professional, always smiling, anticipating guests’ needs, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. They were also fantastic at suggesting activities to explore the area and providing fast, helpful solutions.
