Vain muutaman askeleen päässä Phnom Penhin vilkkaasta jokirannasta sijaitseva Local Riverside Hotel tarjoaa ilmastoituja huoneita, joissa on ilmainen Wi-Fi ja taulu-tv kaapelikanavilla. Phnom Penhin kansainvälinen lentokenttä on 25 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Moderneissa ja ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin, lämpimät värit, paikallisia tekstiilejä sekä oma kylpyhuone, jossa on lasiovi ja sadesuihku. Huoneissa on samoin teen ja kahvin valmistusvälineet, tallelokero ja jääkaappi. Local Riversidella on täysin mukaanaan lava musiikkiesityksille. Pohjakerroksen sisäpihalla on rentouttava rentoutua. Retkipalvelun concierge-palvelu voi toimittaa apua matkajärjestelyissä tai järjestää lentokenttäkuljetukset. Asiakkaat voivat herkutella khmeriläisiä erikoisuuksia ja australialaisia ruokia ravintolassa, ja baari tarjoilee virkistäviä cocktaileja. Saatavilla on muuten huonepalvelu.

"I stayed in the Local riverside during Khmer new year and it was great. It’s close to everything and still calm if you just want to chill. The beds in the dormitory are big but you can also have a private room if you prefer. The must is Yat the owner and the others staff members like Nana who are very nice and welcome you as a friend. Also the food is very good. I definitely recommend to stay there."

"Nice accommodation. A small hotel in such an old style. The equipment is a bit shabby, but still functional. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location. Right next to the market and the river promenade and a short walk to the Royal Palace and Wat Phnom. I recommend a room with a balcony!"
"Just minor things, I guess. The bathroom only had a small bar of soap, one sachet of hair shampoo and the rest of a roll of toilet paper. The sink was slightly detached from the wall and the crack in the bathtub was covered with duct tape."
