"We have stayed in this hotel several times - we think it's great value for money and very clean. It is very close to the Centum City metro station, the Centum City shopping mall, and Bexco is across the road. There is a CU and GS25 downstairs, which is super convenient. Staff are generally professional and can speak English. I find the female staff friendlier than the male staff. However, on this occasion, we want to give a special thanks to Front Desk Manager Kwun Lee, who went out of his way to accommodate the extension of my stay at the hotel when I wasn't feeling well. This was really appreciated."

"Although the room has cooking facilities (an induction stove), we were informed that cooking is not permitted unless staying in a suite. This seems unusual, as it limits the use of the amenities provided in the room. The shower is strong but leaks onto the floor, so you have to be very careful every time to avoid a wet floor."

"great value for money accommodation for 4 adults. rooms are large, there is a small kitchenette and sitting area inside the room with plenty of space to spare. the toilets also have a full size bathtub which is rare nowadays. 6 elevators to access the rooms so check in was quick. the location was also convenient with many great restaurants nearby, walking distance to train station, easy access to taxis and buses. there is also an airport limousine directly from the airport. rooms are cleaned daily with waters and new towels always being offered. the staff is also wonderful and always went out of their way, they always gave us extra waters without us asking and free of charge. they also allowed us to check out late at no extra charge."

"the hotel is quite dated but in good condition (marble finishes, dated fixtures in the rooms and in the hotel common areas), the carpets in the hallway are very clearly in need of repair, the sofas in the lift lobbies also look like they need a clean. more facilities in the hotel would also be great (e.g. a gym). the kitchenette has no equipment, not even a microwave to heat up food. the mattresses and pillows are way too soft and gave me a backache after sleeping on them for 6 days."

"Great location. You can take the airport limousine bus conveniently. Check in was very fast and seamless. (We reached around 7pm) Very near subway station and shopping malls. Lots to see, shop and eat. Room was very spacious and we love the bath tub."
