"super big room with heater in October that makes the room very warm; very comfortable bed and stable shower water; beautiful and kind staff"
"very new hotel with strong decoration smell; no desk to use lap-top"
"I really loved the pool and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly — always welcoming and genuinely happy to help with advice at any time."
"the bed felt too firm"
"Aucun."
"Aucun."

"The hotel is run by a lovely family. They spoke English and it helped me a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. I had the New York room. The reflective ceiling was fascinating. Mansur took me on a historical tour of the city. I could visit places that are inaccessible by public transport. I'm really thankful to him. I also learnt a lot about the various cultures in Kazakhstan through them."
