"The apartment was on a low floor. It had a nice view of the playground."
"Host did not tell the truth. It stated on Booking.com that we had to pay the deposit in cash (which we did), and the full payment by either Visa or Mastercard. When we ment the Host, he stated that we had to pay EVERYTHING in Cash up front. I had to go to the ATM for 2 days in a row to get the cash for him as my ATM cards did not allow me to take out so much cash. It also stated that the Apartment Building had a Gym and a Swimming Pool, both were a lie. There was No Gym and No Swimming Pool in the Apartment Building. It also stated in Booking.com that the Apartment had two Bathrooms. But the second bathroom had no shower or bath, just a toilet."

"We booked this apartment through Booking.com for our trip to attend the Almaty Marathon and it was an excellent choice! The location is perfect with beautiful parks, restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. What truly made our experience special was the host, Mr. Andrew Li. He was incredibly kind and understanding when I had trouble transferring the payment due to a banking issue over the weekend. Despite the delay, he graciously allowed us to stay without any hassle. Thank you Andrew for your patience and generosity, it made our trip that much better. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again in the future!"
