"Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Tuoreita hedelmiä, mehua, kananmunaa… Kun muistaa kysyä sri lankalaista aamiaista, yllättyy varmasti positiivisesti! Maksupäätteellä varustettu ruokakauppa on aivan tien toisella puolella, ja muut palvelut löytyvät Hikkaduwan keskustasta päin n. 2 km päästä. Tuk Tukilla pääsee ongelmitta! Hotellin henkilökunta kohteli meitä kuin perhettä. Kävimme jopa safarilla hotellin pyörittäjän kanssa! Sana ”sydämellinen” tulee mieleen Villan henkilökunnasta. He ottivat kaikki toiveemme ja pyyntömme huomioon, ja pitivät huolen viihtyvyydestämme."

"Extremely friendly staff, welcome drink and breakfast pre order offered. Full tour provided on arrival."

"Honestly everything was pretty much perfect. My one tiny bit of feedback is the bracket needs tightening on the bathroom door as it slams and it would be good to have a door stop to keep the door open as there is no air conditioning in there so it gets a little hot."

"Beautiful villas with excellent facilities, spacious, quiet, extremely comfortable place to stay. Lovely sitting areas and poolside lounge & dining Perfect views for sunsets Nalin and his team gave us impeccable service, always with a gracious smile and never an issue For our daughters birthday, Chef prepared a share platter of grilled fish accompanied with vegetables and salad - an evening to remember and one of The Best fish dinners I have ever eaten **Highly recommend Villa 46"

"The view is really amazing, sea-front on a wide and beautiful beach. The internal design of the villa is elegant and refined, while the rooms was clean and well-kept. Last but not least, the staff is absolutely kind and always available for whatever need. Highly recommended."

"Wow 🤩 From the moment you arrive, you’ve stepped straight into paradise. Everything here is exceptional. The rooms and views are stunning, and my bathroom had a real wow factor with double showers. This place feels like your own private sanctuary, right on the beach and away from the crowds, such a perfect location. The sunsets are absolutely mesmerising and fill you with pure happiness. The service has been amazing, thanks to the Gorgeous team Ruwan Achintha Chamara (chef) Chamudika I can’t wait to come back to my favourite holiday place 🙌🏻🤗😁🌅Thank you Happiness Always 🫶"

"We had an amazing stay here! The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We received great local tips on things to do as well as excellent restaurant recommendations, which really enhanced our experience. Since we had an early checkout, she kindly prepared breakfast for us to take away so we wouldn’t miss it – such a thoughtful touch. She also helped us arrange transport to the train station and made sure we could stop at a sightseeing spot along the way. The beds were extremely comfortable with soft and cozy duvets – we actually had some of the best sleep we’ve had in Sri Lanka here. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. We 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting!"

"We had the best stay at The Peppermint with Pringi and Srimal, they are so welcoming and kept us entertained from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was lovely and we had the pleasure of doing a cooking class in the evening to prepare dinner. The homestay is clean and spacious and is located a short tuktuk drive from Kandy city centre in a beautiful quiet area surrounded by jungle. We wish to return in the future!"

"Nice and recently refurbished hotel. Family room is nice and has two double beds. It has a nice bathroom, you can actually take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet! Property is located next to a forrest in a very quiet and green area. You’ll hear nothing but animals at night. It is located on top of a very steep hill though."

"The guesthouse has a very beautiful setting with the porch and terrace towards a green courtyard and the surrounding rice paddies. It is conveniently located close to the Archeological Museum as the starting point to all the sites with the only ticket office. It is also worth strolling around the small island park behind the museum for sunset. We received a welcome tea from our host Nilusha, who was very kind and helpful. It's a delight to sit on the porch (with or without a tea), enjoy the view into the green and listen to the sounds of nature. Our room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Wifi is fast and also available outside while sitting on the porch. It is possible to receive breakfast and dinner at the guesthouse. The home cooked food was very good with generous portions. In order to get around the spread out archeological sites one can rent bicycles from the guesthouse."
