Gargdzain historiallisessa vanhassa kaupungissa välittömässä läheisyydessä Klaipedaa ja moottoritietä sijaitsevalle Lijo-residenssille on tunnusominaista skandinaavinen asetelma, luonnonmateriaalit sekä vieraanvarainen ja tyylikäs tunnelma. Puiston ympäröimän Lijon puukalusteet ja tammipuulattia luovat toimivan mutta kodikkaan tunnelman. Majoituspaikkan eri osissa on esillä useiden liettualaisten ja kansainvälisten taiteilijoiden töitä. Koska nämä näyttelyt vaihtuvat jatkuvasti, yöpaikka toimii näin lisäksi taidegalleriana. Niin Ikään majoitustilat on sisustettu taideteoksilla. Kaikissa huoneissa on pieni kirjasto. Osa kirjoista on muuten myynnissä. Lijo-yöpaikkassa on sadan hengen konferenssisalin lisäksi kahvila ja ystävällinen gourmet-pöytä. Ruokailutilassa voit hyötyä erilaisia gourmet-ruokia ja laajan valikoiman viinejä.

We had indicated that we would be with our 6-year-old son, we were given a one-and-a-half-story room, in which the cot for the child was located on the attic floor, which was accessed by stairs that seemed unsafe to us, so our son stayed in the other room, with his older brother. The room has a hairdryer and towels. Coffee and other drinks can be purchased at the cafe on the first floor. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was good."
