"The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, spacious and appropriately equipped. Location was nice, a short walk from the center. Easily accessible with extensive instructions made everything easy. And the host was very available and helpful. We would definitely book again when in Riga."

"A great base for our 4-day sightseeing trip to Riga and even greater value for the price. The apartment is in walking distance to the city center and therefore most museums/monuments you might want to see, there's a supermarket right by, the apartment itself is spacious, well-heated in winter, very clean and probably one of the best equipped accomodations I've ever seen (aside from basics for cooking such as tea, coffee, spices, etc there was also soap, shampoo, toothpaste, mouthwash in the bathroom and other things you might need such as umbrellas, sewing kit, hairdryer, vacuum, iron with ironing board and much more - literally anything you might need). The heating worked well and there was enough hot water for 4 people to take hot showers every night. The kitchen island was the perfect place for hanging out in the evening together over a glass of wine."

"What other reviewers already mentioned - the building isn't fancy from the outside, the hallway is unkept and smells funky, 5th floor without elevator. Honestly, for the cost of this apartment this didn't bother us at all."

"The apartment was nice and clean and everything went fine. The location was nice, several buses and trams stoped there very often and it was easy to get to different places. The apartment was on the 5th floor and there was no lift, so lots of stairs to go back and forth. The building as a whole and the staircase especially was old and in a bad shape. However, during our stay it didn't bother us that much. Would like to stay in this place again, it was a really nice. Supermarket and pizza place right around the corner, very convenient!"

"Good flat, nice staff, good communication. Owner take care about a lot details and facilities what you could need. Windows are to the yard, so no noise. Around building, you can find place to left the car for free. Nearly is the food shop and bus stop. The center and old town quit close. Owner take care and attention to us."

"Everything was GOOD. Fifth floor, it was NO problem for us with children go stairs, but for old or handicap people it can be disadvantage."
