"Huoneisto todella siisti ja tilava. 4-hengen perheelle täydellinen. Sijainti hyvä omalla autolla matkustavalle, parkkipaikka vieressä josta helppo lähteä päiväreissuille ja keskustaan sopivan lyhyt taksimatka."

"Asunto vastasi kuvia todella hyvin, erittäin hyvällä maulla remontoitu ja kaunis uudenveroinen asunto, jossa uunia vaille täydellinen keittiövarustus. Iso ja tosi mukava sänky. Toimiva ja tehokas ilmastointi. Tv ei näy mutta älytelevision kautta pystyi iltaisin katselemaan Netflixiä. Omistaja vastasi viesteihin ja kysymyksiin nopeasti. Hintaan kuului isot ja pienet pyyhkeet. Asunto oli todella hyvin siivottu ja äärimmäisen siisti."

"Alue ja vene ulkoisesti todella rujon ja jopa pelottavan näköistä. Jyrkät portaat asuntoon - ei sovellu jos liikuntarajoitteita. Suihku oli uusi mutta toiminnaltaan pettymys, vedenpaine todella huono, viemäri ei vetänyt kunnolla ja välillä vesi oli ruskeaa ja haisi pahalle.Huono äänieristys asuntojen välillä ja ulkoa kantautui nukkumista häiritsevää metelöintiä. Asunnossa ei pimentäviä verhoja."

"The rooms were very comfy and spacious. Everything we could have needed was there (and more). The view onto the river was nice, and the way the apartments were connected was super useful for our larger group."

"The location is a little far away from the centre, but you can walk (in nice weather) or take a tram. Additionally, I think we were unlucky, but our tap water was coming up brown; a couple of us drank it before noticing, and it caused some food poisoning, so I would recommend being careful with the water."

"Didn’t bother me at all, but it is slightly outside the old town centre, so it’s a bit of a walk or a short tram ride to get there (the trams are cheap and frequent and quite a nice experience anyway)."

"The toilet flush failed in one apartment. Very impressed with how Girts responded and dealt with the issue punctually and communicating effectively. Location a little further from the centre than we had realised and the proximity of the works/ground spoil was not attractive, guess it will look great in years to come."

"I loved staying here but it was dark at night to get from the main road to the boat - I would have been a bit nervous walking around on my own!"

"At first, the 2km distance from central Riga seemed like a drawback. However, once we realised there were nice walks into the centre, how good the public transport is, and that there’s a great local bar on Eksporta Iela, it was clear a bit of distance was a good thing."
