Rauhallisella paikalla sijaitseva hostelli on vain 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Riian keskustasta ja 15 minuutin matkan päässä lentokentältä. Hostellissa on 24h-vastaanotto ja ilmainen yksityinen parkkialuemahdollisuus. Happy-hostellin kaikissa huoneissa on vaatekaappi, pöytä ja tuolit sekä yöpöytä. Kylpymajoitus ja wc:t löytyvät käytävältä hostellin kaikissa kerroksissa. Vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet toimittaaan. Happy-hostellin kaikissa kerroksissa on trendikäs keittiö, ja hostellissa on pieni kauppa, DVD-soittimella hyödyntää tv-tila ja turvallinen säilytystila. Pesukone ja silitysvälineet ovat sen lisäksi käytettävissä. Monet kaupat, kahvilat ja aamiaishuonet sekä bussipysäkki ovat vain minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Muuten Riga Plaza -ostoskeskus kätkeytyy kahden askeleen päässä Happy Hostel -hostellia.

"Very friendly staff. Clean, big rooms. Silence as the hostel is located in a green, quiet area. Lots of green areas around full of big trees."

"The property was spacious and very clean, the hosts at the property went above and beyond for us after our original hostel cancelled our booking when our flight was delayed which meant we wasn’t able to check in until after midnight, we did inform them of this but they cancelled the booking anyway. We was in a foreign country and no where to stay, we managed to book the following night at happy hostel but due to it being after midnight we couldn’t book online for that night and we just took the chance and went to them to ask if we could stay that night as well and the host was more than helpful and they only charged us the going rate and not extra for the last minute booking. The host was really friendly and made us feel so welcome."

"W.c and shower was clean, the hostel was quiet so helps to have a nice sleep. Fast check in, fresh sheets and towels provided. The cleaning was very good, actually i could recommend for someone who wants quiet place and is ready use buss or troley buss to reach Riga centrum!"

"Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanek i sklepy. Standard adekwatny do ceny. Trochę przestraszyły nas opinie o tym miejscu ale my nie spotkaliśmy się ani z pijanymi mieszkańcami hotelu ani z innymi nieprzyjemnymi sytuacjami. Było cicho i spokojnie. Na miejscu kuchnia i automat z gorącymi napojami."
