Tämä hyväntahtoinen lomakeskus ja vapaa-ajankeskus sijoitettu erinomaisella paikalla Liepajan keskustassa, aivan kauppakanavan tuntumassa, joka yhdistää Itämeren Liepaja-järveen. Libava on rakennettu vuonna 1772, ja nykyisin se tarjoaa asiakkailleen viihtyisiä huoneita, jotka on sisustettu yksilöllisin värein, sekä kahvilan, ravintolan, joka on erikoistunut kalaruokiin, juhlasalin, jossa on tilaa jopa 150 hengelle, ja oleskelutilan, missä on avotakka ja tilaa jopa 20 hengelle. Hotellin kylpylätiloissa on sauna, tonic-höyrykylpy ja spa-allas. Meri ja järvi sijaitsevat molemmat noin 8 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Libava-hotellista.

"A very cosy place located conveniently close to many eateries and major attractions. The Liepāja beach is within walking distance. There is a tram stop across the street where you can catch a tram that takes you to the main railway station and a bus stop where you can hop on a bus that goes all the way to Karosta."

"Oli jo tiedossa millainen paikka on kyseessä, ei siis mikään uuttutta hohkava steriili huoneisto, vaan camp- henkeä huokuva tunnelmallinen paikka, isäntä järjesti toivomamme tilan grilli iltaan toi tuolit yms."

"A proper modern european apartment to spend one or few nights. Extremely well equipped and clean. Contactless key collection, washing machine and iron, hair dryer, etc. We even found some tea. Very nice indeed."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
