Kastaņas on loma-asunto, joka sisältää rauhallisella ja vehreällä paikalla 2 km:n päässä Daugava-joelta. Majoituspaikassa on lasten leikkipaikka ja koripallokenttä. Tämän puutalon pohjakerroksessa on suuri takalla saatavilla olohuone, kylpyhuone ja keittiö, jossa on liesi, jääkaappi ja astianpesukone. Loma-asunnossa on ruokailutila, ja asiakkaat voivat arvostaa ateriansa samoin terassilla. Kastaņasin 1. kerroksessa on 2 kahden hengen huonetta, parveke ja olohuone. Asiakkaat voivat harrastaa kalastusta lammella, saunoa tai käyttää ulkoporeallasta lisämaksusta. Lähin bussipysäkki on 2 km:n päässä, ja Lielvardeen on 6 km:n matka.

"Idyllic location surrounded by nature, peace and tranquility. Spacious and cozy house made of wood, nice view from the kitchen and balcony. Lots of space outside to enjoy, basketball court, little pond, kids play area. Great sauna and jacuzzi."
"Everything was perfect, except the bed was not very comfortable, so we didn't get a good sleep. Also the only toilet is downstairs, and the staircase itself is a bit awkward - have to be extra cautious at night to not slip and fall."
"Perfect place for a getaway with friends, family and or partner. The house was spacious and had everything you might need including the kitchen cutlery, pots, pans etc. We used the BBQ as well as the hot tub and sauna and everything was excellent. There is even a pond to take a swim if you like, a basketball court and a kids playground. The hosts are very nice and responsive, recommend for anyone to visit and stay."

"Māja atrodas klusā un ļoti skaistā vietā, blakus ir skaists dārzs, zāliens, dīķis. Plaša terase un vieta kopīgai maltītei gan ārā, gan iekšā. Ir viss nepieciešamais grillēšanai un ēdiena gatavošanai. Ir pieejama pirts (mēs gan neizmantojām) un kubls. Tieši pie mājas ir bērnu spēļu laukums. Saimnieki ir ļoti sirsnīgi, atsaucīgi un gatavi palīdzēt, ja tas nepieciešams. Noteikti iesakām šo skaisto naktsmītni!"

"Oli jo tiedossa millainen paikka on kyseessä, ei siis mikään uuttutta hohkava steriili huoneisto, vaan camp- henkeä huokuva tunnelmallinen paikka, isäntä järjesti toivomamme tilan grilli iltaan toi tuolit yms."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
