Pie Maijas sijoitettu Saulkrastin merenrantakohteessa, vain 300 metrin päässä hiekkarannalta. Paikan päällä on 2 saunaa ja tilava puutarha. Huoneissa ja bungaloweissa on tv ja oma kylpyhuone. Maijasin kaikki valoisat asumisyksiköt on sisustettu lämpimin sävyin. Jokaisessa huoneessa on suihku tai kylpyamme. Joissakin huoneissa on oleskelualue tai vedenkeitin. Aamuisin ruokasalissa tarjoillaan mannermainen aamupala. Pienessä minikeittiössä on jääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni. Asiakkaat voivat grillata puutarhassa tai rentoutua joko infrapunasaunassa tai perinteisessä saunassa. Käytettävissä on sen lisäksi trampoliini. Pie Maijas on 200 metrin päässä paikalliselta linja-autoasemalta, Murjāņu ielalta. Saulkrastin rautatieasema on 3 km:n päässä.

"Tuttu paikka, helppo löytää päätieltä. Kauppa lähellä ja lähin ravintolakin kävelyetäisyydellä. Perus-bungalow sopii hyvin vanhemmallekin väelle lyhyeen pysähdykseen, pysäköinti onnistuu lähelle,, ja vain pari porrasta majoitukseen."

"Todella siisti huone ja talo. Me asuimme päätalossa ja meillä oli oma kylpyhuone ja kiva pieni parveke. Mukava, asiallinen nainen otti meidät vastaan ja vastasi kysymyksiimme hyvin. Ensin luulimme joutuneemme kaupungin laidalle, kunnes ymmärsimme että varsinaista kaupunkia ei ole. Tämä talo oli kävelyetäisyydella hienoista rannoista ja hiekkadyyneistä, harvoista ravintoloista ja kaupoista. Olimme täysin tyytyväisiä valintaamme."

"The host was very friendly and always ready to help. I recommend ordering breakfast. It costs 10 euros and includes delicious pancakes with wild game meat, juice, coffee, tea, fruits, and more. If you want to use the sauna, please note that it can only be booked until 10 PM, and you must finish using it by that time. We stayed in a house with a sauna, a fireplace, and a very spacious kitchen where you can gather with all your friends. The soundproofing is excellent; we played guitar, and none of our neighbors were disturbed. Outside, there is an outdoor kitchen with a beautiful view of a small river or pond. Parking is secure and located within the property."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
