Windrose ankkuroitu Liepājassa 1,7 km:n päässä Liepājan rannalta ja 700 metrin päässä Pyhän Annan kirkolta. Majoituspaikassa on puutarha, ilmainen WiFi kaikissa tiloissa ja maksuton yksityinen turvallinen autotallialue. Saatavilla on perhehuoneita, ja asiakkaat voivat hyödyntää grillausvälineitä. Paikan päällä on lisäksi lasten leikkipaikka ja 24h-vastaanotto. Kaikissa hotellirakennen huoneissa on ilmastointi, taulu-tv kaapelikanavilla, DVD-soitin ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku, hiustenkuivaaja ja ilmaisia kylpytuotteita. Muutaman Minuutin Päässä olevia kohteita ovat Liepājan teatteri, Latvia Musicians’ Walk of Fame ja Rožu laukums -aukio. Lähimmät lentoyhteydet ovat Liepājan kansainvälisellä lentoasemalla, joka on 9 km:n päässä. Windrose järjestää lisämaksullisia lentokenttäkuljetuksia.

"Hyvä sijainti, helppo tulla. Sisäänkirjautuminen järjestyi yölläkin."

"Tämä paikka oli muutaman sadanmetrin päässä keskustasta, puutaloalueella. Keskustaan oli helppo kävellä. Ruokaa sai ostettua vierestä, vaikka omaa ravintolaa ei ollut: hese oli kivenheiton päässä, ja ruokakauppa keihäänheiton päässä. Parempia ravintoloita oli keskustassa. Moottoripyörän sai aidattuun tilavaan pihaparkkiin. Aamianen oli peruskattaus, ilman puuroa, mutta sellaisenaankin ok. Tänne oli helppo tulla ja lähteä jatkamaan matkaa."

"This is the second time I have booked this lovely hotel. Good value for money. No luxury, but not necessary when you come to spend most of your time by the sea. The room is clean, large, comfortable beds. There is a kettle in the corridor, cups - you can make tea if you want. The hotel is close to the centre, about 10 minutes walk. There is a car park, a supermarket nearby. Everything was good and enough, I liked it!"

"We were group of friends. We have stayed for one night. We don't know about sightseeing's as we came for event and we just needed to stay for one night. The hotel offers breakfast for 8 Euros per person. It was hot and cold meal, simple but everything was Ok. In the corridor - there was possibility to use kettle, refrigerator, cups for tea. Normal room, comfortable bed. Close to the hotel was supermarket and KFC. It was possible to use inner yard, there were some tables and chairs and grill zone. As it was nice weather - we have stayed for some time outside. There was place for car in the yard but also possible to keep on the street, calm place."
