"Maksamisessa oli jotain epäselvyyttä. Olin maksanut bookingin kautta varauksen (lukuunottamatta kaupunkiveroa), mutta kun saavuin, he väittivät, että minun pitää maksaa. Näytin heille, että rahat ovat lähteneet tililtäni jo kaksi viikkoa sitten ja bookingin statuksen mukaan olen maksanut. Lopulta ei tarvinnut maksaa, mutta tämä väittely kesti kauan. Miksi edes tarjota vaihtoehtoa maksaa bookingin kautta jos se on heille hankalaa?"

"Location is absolutely the best, Medina’s narrow streets are just in corner. We booked taxi via booking.com and it was waiting for us on time. Taxi left us quite near the Riad and quide showed the way to the riad. Zaid was waiting for us and showed our room and other spaces, roof terrace and couch corner. We had room for 3, one bed in downstrairs and twinbed upstairs. We had our own roof terrace also. Stairs to upstairs room are narrow, not good for old people. Toilet and shower are quite small. Breakfast is (I think) Maroccon style breakfast; bread and sweet bakeries, jam and fried eggs. We loved bread and we asked it more some mornings. Kitchen was very helpful. Zaid and other stuff are so nice. Always there to check is everything okay. Zaid, thanks for your introduction to Maroccon life and nice discussion."

"I had a great experience at Riad Bonheur. The breakfast was delicious and served by very professional and friendly staff. The location is excellent and very easy to find, right in the heart of the Medina and only about a 5-minute walk from the center. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the decoration was beautiful. The shower had hot water, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would like to say a big thank you to the amazing staff, especially Zaid and Laarbi who booked a Moroccan traditional hammam , as well big thanks for ladies who took great care of us during our stay. They made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended ⭐"

"I had a lovely time at this Riad. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful, which gives this Riad a lovely homely feel. The location is amazing and everything is in walking distance (yet no outside noise can be heard). The breakfast each morning felt quite special because they bring you everything to your seat and you can fuel up for the day (I believe you can just ask for seconds if you're still hungry but I was full every morning)."

"I came at a very cold time of the year, so the rooms did feel a bit chilly although I had a heater that helped a lot. I believe for the warmer months this Riad would be perfect."

"You could not go wrong with Riad Bonheur, very close to Jemaa El Fnaa. Staff is very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, always smiling and willing to give you the best tips for the best experience. Arranged for us a pick up and then a drop off to the airport which is a no-brainer. Located in a quiet alley, it's a peaceful retreat from the busy medina, within a short walk to all the main attractions. We were able to easily explore nearly everything on foot. The access alley is narrow, but always felt safe without any problem. This Riad is a definite YES and we can't recommend it enough. We will definitely come back!"
