"We had fabulous time at Richmond hotel. We spent 3 nights there and it was a real pleasure for us. Our room was one of the best city hotels' rooms we have ever been accommodated at during our 30 years of travel around the world. I must say that we were truly impressed by the recent renovation of this hotel. Brilliant grand, old and new, elegant building, located in the very center of the city - near the cathedral and close to many sights, shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast every morning. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere in the hotel. Very nice, helpful and professional girls at the reception desk - I approached them several times with different requests during our stay and I did not hear "no" or "sorry, it's impossible" once.
