"I made a touristic visit to Hong Kong, but could not return to China, because of visa problem and all my suitcase and stuff left at the hotel. The hotel personnel packaged everything and sent to my address in Hong Kong. I really appreciate their cooperation. Thank to them."

"Все отлично Чисто, очень тепло, приветливая девушка на ресепшн Читала что плохой ремонт, да, на этаже ремонт не сделан, на балконе тоже, я не особо обратила на это внимание. В самом номере все нормально. Сантехника вся целая, ничего не капало, не текло. Постельное белоснежное, сам номер очень чистый. Было одноразовые шампунь,гель, мыло Расположение очень удобное, рядом магазины Летом если открыть окна будет очень громко от дороги, зимой нормально Кондиционер в нашем номере не видела, но он нам и не нужен был Маленький шкаф, но больше поставить туда негде, не хватало зеркала в комнате, но тоже ..куда его там вешать непонятно. Не все розетки работали, некоторые немного болтались Сам номер маленький, двоим взрослым немного тесно При входе стоит кофе автомат, очень удобно утром, но я забыла взять кофе попробовать. За эти деньги все отлично., вернёмся ещё"

"Personalul a fost foarte prompt si amabil cu privire la toate cerintele noastre: am avut loc de parcare privat in curtea hotelului. Balconul este foarte mare cu vederea spre oras. Desi aflat intr-o zona centrala, traficul de pe strada principala nu ne-a afectat datorita geamurilor termopan destul de bune. Camera a fost dotata cu un frigider/congelator, ceea ce ne-a prins destul de bine. Patul confortabil, spatiu de depozitare bun. Per total, ne-am simtit bine, avand in vedere ca nu suntem foarte pretentiosi. Locatia este foarte buna pentru cei care vor sa se plimbe prin incantatorul parc al Catedralei Mitorpolitane. In jur sunt tot felul de cafenele cochete, restaurante si patiserii la care ai acces foarte usor, fara sa folosesti masina."
"Ar trebui refacute / inlocuite unele finisaje: accesul in hotel, usa de la intrare in camera, mocheta, gresia de la balcon si racordurile de la WC. cu alte cuvinte adus la cerintele secolului in care ne aflam. Locul de parcare ar trebui sa fie amenajat {fara gropi si pietre} avand in vedere suma destul de mare pe care o platesti pentru locul de parcare/noapte."
