"Huone oli siisti, henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä, mutta parasta oli loistava sijainti vanhan bazaarin vieressä sekä upea kattoterassi ja uima-allas. Hotelli oli myös perheystävällinen!"

"Hyvä hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla vanhan basaarialueen vieressä. Erittäin iso ja hyvin mukavuuksin varusteltu huone. Ok aamiainen. Hellesäässä oli ihanaa, että koko hotelli oli viileä, huoneen ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja hotellissa oli viileän veden uima-allas. Tallelokero huoneessa iso plussa, samoin hyvänkokoinen jääkaappi. Upeat näkymät yli kaupungin aamiaissalista ja kattoterassilta."

"Hotellihuonetta ei saanut pimeäksi, verhot olivat niin ohuet ja läpikuultavat. Hotellin henkilökunnan englanninkielen taito oli aika matala. Aamiaistarjottavien vaihtelu oli hyvin pientä, ja siksi aamiainen alkoi vähän kyllästyttää useamman yön najoittuvaa. Uima-altaalle varattavat vuorot olivat turhan pitkiä - 2h kerrallaan. Se rajoittaa turhan paljon uima-allasvuoron saavien määrää. Mielestäni yhden tunnin vuorot olisivat hyvin riittäviä. Huoneen suihkun viemäri ei vetänyt ollenkaan kunnolla."

"Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla vanhan basaarin vieressä, myös Macedonia-aukio lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja palvelu. Monipuolinen ja hyvä aamiainen. Juniorsviitti on siisti ja tilava. Hienot näkymät huoneesta ja rooftop-terassilta."

"The hotel itself is modern, and the rooms are impressively large and kept spotless with daily cleaning. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were genuinely helpful and made the stay much better. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from."

"There are a few areas that need immediate attention. First, the hot water in the shower never quite reached a comfortable temperature. Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night."

"Location in the Old Town was excellent for our needs. Breakfast suited us well with plenty of variety but not extravagant. The view from Level 7 was outstanding. Our room was spacious with a nice view. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Entrance via a narrow track was a surprise. Decor is very retro, so think Yugoslavia rather than modern. There were essentially no power sockets in our room to charge devices unless we unplugged lamps. The bathroom drains smelt terrible however the staff fixed these promptly when we requested it."

"The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The location of the hotel is superb. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. The buffet was excellent, with variety to choose from and the view from the top floor restaurant is spectacular. I’d recommend to anyone who’s visiting Skopje."
