"The rooms and building are very classy. The room service, room cleaning staff and cafe staff are amazing. The location is much closer to locals and away from the busy atmosphere of the central district which is much more relaxing if you want to be away from the centre. Cafe Azure which is the 24 hour dining cafe is really amazing. The staff are kind, they all speak English and accommodate foreigners. The food is also very tasty, I would highly recommend the breakfast and dinner buffet and are worth the money!"
"The only issue with the location is finding taxi usually you have to walk around outside to find one and for foreigners to use the bus or public transport you must have a Chinese bank account to use the mobile payment apps, otherwise you must carry 6 MOP in coins which is basically impossible. So taxi’s are a must. I think the hotel has implemented a way to order a taxi with their help, which is free to do but I only found that on the day I was leaving which is unfortunate. Also there is a Chinese restaurant also located within the hotel but none of the staff speak English which is surprising for a 5-star hotel and also compared to the other cafe, ‘cafe Azure’ who are very accommodating to all stayers. I used translation app to communicate with them but it was quite a hassle."
