W Maldivesin asiakkaat voivat arvostaa Malediivien kutsuvan sinisistä vesistä, kauniista riutoista ja valkeista hiekkarannoista. Huoneissa on ilmainen WiFi. Asiakkaat voivat rentoutua AWAY® Spassa, jonka palveluihin kuuluu hierontaa sekä ayerveda- ja kasvohoitoja. Paikan päällä voi yhdessä harrastaa muun muassa vesiurheilua, joogaa ja vesijumppaa. Lomakeskuksessa on kirjasto ja toimintahuone. Union Pay -kortit hyväksytään maksuvälineenä, ja majoituspaikan tiimi palvelee useilla kielillä. KITCHEN-ravintolassa on kansainvälinen menu, ja FIRE-ravintolasta saa grilliruokaa. W Maldivesin FISH-erikoisravintola kohoaa Intian valtameren ylle, ja siellä tarjoillaan meren herkkuja. SIP:stä saa cocktaileja ja muita juomia. Osoite ankkuroitu yksityisellä saarella Pohjois-Arin atollilla. Se on 1,5 tunnin pikavenematkan tai 25 minuutin vesitasolennon päässä Malén kansainväliseltä lentokentältä. Malén kansainvälisellä lentokentällä on yksityinen W Lounge.

"we had the full board deal, thank god. all food and drinks are overpriced. same as all extras. the final bill for the extras may be almost as the B&B bill. it is understandable that in an isolated place things are more expensive, thou it smells a little bit of taking an advantage. one thing I did not like is that the pictures of the villa showed by booking.com on my choice of villa were not for the villa we got. they in fact show the 2 br villa pictures (with the round pool) for every villa they sell but there is only one or 2 of those and not for the price advertised. in true honesty if they showed the real villa we got i may have chosen another property. overall the island is beautiful and the reef too, restaurants are good, breakfast too. But I did not get what I saw in the pictures. The resort is quite old and is getting ready to be restructured."
