"Hienoa hotelli ja hyvä aamiainen! Myös uima-allas mukava!"
"Oli outoa, että meille ei etukäteen kerrottu hotellin olevan koko syksyn remontissa. Tultuamme hotelliin meidät lähetettiin taksilla saman ketjun toiseen hotelliin, johon nämä kommentit liittyvät."
"Huone erittäin siisti ja tilava ja sänky mukava. Viihtyisä allasalue. Hotelli oli keskellä paikallisasutusta, lähellä mm. puisto, jossa iltaisin ohjelmaa."
"Hotellin kahvi aamiaisella oli kelvotonta, vaikka aamiainen muuten oli hyvä. Vedenpaine suihkussa oli heikko. Respan asiakaspalvelun taso vaihteli henkilöstä riippuen töykeähköstä erinomaiseen. Parveketta ei ollut, vaikka se varauksessa luvattiin."

"Everything about this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us — in particular, when my wife needed to measure her blood pressure, they had the machine available and assisted her multiple times with great care and kindness. Breakfast was good and satisfying, and the location is extremely convenient, being very close to the ADO bus station and Palapas Square. I truly recommend this hotel."
