"Sänky ja tyyny olivat hyvät. Suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä ja hyvällä paineella. Henkilökunta oli auttavaista. Aamiainen oli riittävä. Liikenteen melu ei kuulunut huoneeseen."
"Aamupalapöytiä oli vähän ja sinne joutui joskus odottamaan vapautuvaa pöytää. Käytävän puoleiseen sänkyyn kuului käytävältä kaikki äänet. Käsienpesuallas oli erillään wc:stä josta näki suoraan toiseen sänkyyn."
"great location for me, i like this part of the city a lot. bed was comfy, hotel amenities were good, breakfast was nice, staff were really helpful, was able to leave my things when i checked out and come back around midnight for them. the facilities are kinda dated but for such a great price this doesn’t matter to me. my room had a spa bath which was awesome after a long flight."

"We were only there for one night but had an excellent experience right from the moment we walked into the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We especially want to say thank you to Montaserratta (sp?) who was very helpful and offered us great recommendations on how to travel throughout the city and find good places to eat in the neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet considering it is very close to Reforma, a very busy street. Also well located to the Reforma 222 shopping mall which we were happy to find out, and public transportation was right around the corner as well (which is very clean, safe, inexpensive, and well serviced! ) The shower was also excellent and we thought the size of the room (king bed) was perfect for two people. Great value for the price paid! We will be back! Gracias por todo!"

"This is subjective but the area isn't the best, not unsafe, but just not great. The hotel had a broken door lock and broken sauna, but the staff helped solve both issues (fixed and moved us to different room). The decor is corporate and cold, but the staff are warm."
