"An absolute gem! This intimate boutique experience was just what we were looking for - we felt like we had the place to ourselves and could walk straight down to the busy beach and plenty of restaurants within just a few minutes when we wanted some action. Delicious breakfast was served on site as well, making it easy to wake up and start the day off with food and a beautiful view. Highly recommend!"

"Breakfasts were hot cooked Mexican with fresh fruit and fresh juice. Plenty of extras for hungry people. View was magnificent from the deck/ dining area. With only 5 units, often we were on our own in the pools and shared area."

"El desayuno, siento que fue muy poquito. La alberca, tenía mucho cloro. Tienen un pequeño bar pero no hay quien lo atienda, como buena mexicana, me gustaría que hubiera un poco de ambiente ....sin embargo también es muy agradable la tranquilidad de ese lugar ....no se en general todo está bien"

"Somewhat dated in finishes, although clean. Lack of permanently installed functioning safe in room. The common area could use a coffee making facility and perhaps an honour bar with basics like beer, wine, spirits. A microwave oven would also be a nice addition."

"Fuimos en temporada muy baja. Alberca limpia, áreas comunes limpias, siempre al pendiente de tener toallas limpias. La mayoría del personal muy amable. El desayuno fresco, buenas porciones, platillos sencillos pero con muy buen sabor; muy al pendientes para tenerlo listo a la hora solicitada. Vistas maravillosas desde los camastros y restaurante, hacia el mar. Acceso a la playa muy cerca."

"No hay televisión y se ameritaba pues fueron dias de lluvia, afortunadamente tienen juegos de mesa y libros. Nunca llegó la persona que según nos iba a enseñar las instalaciones. Al hacer la reservación por booking da el total en pesos mexicanos, incluyendo impuestos; debido a que se paga hasta llegar al hotel en ningún lado dice que allá es otro precio pues lo cotizan en dolares al tipo de cambio de ese dia, además agregan un 10% por servicio; lo cual es un tanto ilogico, cómo vas a dar un extra sin haber recibido el servicio. Afortunadamente son amables y se puede negociar con ellos. Pero si deberían poner esas especificaciones al confirmar la reservación"

"Prime location with expansive views of all beaches, town of Zihua , mountainous background and colourful sunsets! The many quiet seating areas on the terraces with superb views. Delicious breakfasts prepared fresh daily! Staff was very attentive and kind. Thank you very much Iker, Mireya and Guadeloupe or making our stay so pleasant!"

"The grounds and the room were immaculate. The rooms are large and there is a large sitting area with a sofa in addition to a king size bed and large shower. The rooms are a bit secluded and a small pool is shared by only a few rooms. If you prefer privacy and seclusion, this is your place. If you prefer a big resort atmosphere, look elsewhere. The included breakfast was fantastic. The view from the pool and surrounding area is remarkable."
